Only the best ingredients go into my creations, whether they be the finest Swiss-made chocolates, Felchlin; my homemade organic jams; or the highest grade eggs and butter. My cakes are always baked fresh to order.
We offer two popular cakes bases. Choose from or combine an elegant chocolate layered cake or a delicate vanilla layered cake. Each cake is filled with a fruitfully smooth jam (raspberry, strawberry or apricot) and delicately drizzled with your choice of liquor. The cakes are frosted with a melted layer of dark or white chocolate ganache and topped with the most delectable fondant.
The decorative touches such as roses, flowers and piping are handmade with homemade, edible icing and sugar pastry.
